LAB TRACK

Interval training can improve your running ability, whether you want to run a 5k or a 5 minute mile. This 45-minute class combines varied intervals of work to rest with outside running. At times, the running will be combined with other high cardio exercises like Kettlebells, Wall Balls and bodyweight movements. Prior Strength and Conditioning experience mandatory. Class cap will be strictly enforced so be sure to sign up prior to class.
