Jesus Leon
Jesus didn’t grow up loving fitness. He was born in Venezuela and was raised in New Jersey. His mother signed me him for every sport imaginable hoping that he would find his passion for sport in a new country. He did not. Fitness felt more like a requirement than actual fun.
That all changed when Jesus moved to LA in 2019. A close friend kept raving about his gym, especially the community. Eventually, Jesus caved and joined Reebok LAB in late 2021. He was still feeling the aftermath of the pandemic, living in a new city, with low energy and a high Uber Eats bill. Coach Luci (shoutout forever) convinced him to show up one weekend. Best decision he ever made.
What started as a way to reset his health turned into something way deeper. CrossFit taught Jesus how to trust his body, quiet his perfectionism, and embrace challenge. He loves the structure and the discomfort. He loves how it pushes him to show up fully, consistently, and with purpose.
As an athlete, that curiosity turned into obsession. Jesus wanted to understand everything: movement, programming, recovery, mindset. Becoming a coach wasn’t about chasing performance. It was about paying forward what Reebok LAB gave him — confidence, clarity, and community. Whether it’s chasing a PR or just trying to show up consistently, Jesus is here for the reps, the reminders, and the PR celebrations.

LEAST FAVORITE WORKOUT
Anything with high-volume pull-ups or handstand push-ups.
Turns out being bottom-heavy is a vibe, but not a gymnastics advantage.
